These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WiFi QR Connect ("the App", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WiFi QR Connect is a desktop application for Windows that allows you to scan WiFi QR codes and connect to wireless networks. You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The App is available in a free version with advertisements and a paid PRO version with additional features and no advertisements. The PRO version is purchased as a one-time in-app purchase through the Microsoft Store.
Purchases are processed and managed by the Microsoft Store. Refund requests are subject to Microsoft's refund policy.
The App, including its code, design, graphics, icons, and content, is the intellectual property of WiFi QR Connect and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
QR codes generated by the App are yours to use freely. We claim no ownership over the content of QR codes you create or the WiFi credentials you process through the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
WiFi connectivity depends on many factors outside our control, including your hardware, network configuration, signal strength, and operating system settings. We cannot guarantee successful connections in all cases.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
The App requires access to your webcam to scan QR codes and access to Windows networking to connect to WiFi networks. By using these features, you consent to the App accessing these system resources. You can revoke camera access at any time through Windows Settings.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Your interaction with these advertisements is governed by Google's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We may release updates through the Microsoft Store that change functionality, fix bugs, or adjust features. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
